Survey, Abstract No. 915 and in B.B.B. & C.R.R Survey, Abstract No. 153, being part of a tract of land owned by Canyon Ranch – Corinth LP (Document No. 2024-113874), approving a right of way warranty deed conveying the land to the City; and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
