Item 3 - Consider and act on an Ordinance of the City of Corinth, amending the City of Corinth Personnel Policy Manual incorporated by reference into Chapter 34, Personnel Policy, Section 34.01, Adoption By Reference, to adopt a new policy under Section 6, Subsection J, Prohibited Applications to comply with SB 1893 prohibiting the use of Tik Tok and other social media applications on government owned devised; and providing an effective date.

Item 4 - Consider and act on an Ordinance of the City of Corinth, Texas, amending Chapter 39, Code of Ethics, of the Code of Ordinances and direct the City Manager to work with City Attorney to retain outside legal counsel and for the City Manager to contact individuals serving on boards and commissions who are identified in the ordinance to serve on the Ethics Commission.

Item 5 - Consider and act on a Resolution casting a vote for a member of the Denton Central Appraisal District Board of Directors beginning January 1, 2025.
