the Unified Development Code of the City, from SF-4 Single Family Residential (detached) and C-1
Commercial to a Planned Development District with base zoning districts of SF-4 Single Family
Residential (detached) and SF-A Single Family Residential (attached) to accommodate a planned single
family neighborhood consisting of multiple lot sizes on approximately ±58 acres located on the south side
of Lake Sharon Drive, and generally west of Trinity Terrace and Dickinson Drive, north of Custer Road
